Job Description Closing date: 05/06/15 Purpose of Job To lead and supervise the planning & strategy team in providing overall support for all the divisions within UL/SARB BU, monitor with the objective to effectively identify and report areas of concern for mitigating the actions within BU and ensures alignment within the other relevant company stakeholders in the integrated Readiness process. Manage the commercial contracts (manpower and services) and administrative requirements including manpower planning, recruitment ,admin, documenting and training to ensure optimal performance. Desired Candidate Profile Minimum Job Requirements Bachelor degree in Chemical,Mechanical, Petroleum or Business Admin or any other equivalent. 10-12 years’ experience in the oil & gas industry with at least 5 yrs experience in senior supervisory role. Knowledge in operations, maintenance and integrity planning,business planning/budgeting/strategizing ,performance and KPI setting/measuring/monitoring as well as human resources and employee relations services. Organization ,team management and leadership, project management, coaching and monitoring , decision making, conceptual thinking , problem solving, analytical skills, risk management ,ability to work under pressure, computer proficiency, fluent in English , presentation and communication skills.
