Provide Basic Course Training to fresh graduate Mechanical Technicians. Assist in preparation of PDP for CAMS graduates. Prepare and conduct MPRs for CAMS graduates. Provide On-the-Job Training for Junior Mechanical Technicians and develop them to become Competent in accordance with the competency based training methodology. Conduct, asses and monitor progress of developees. Prepare and conduct SGEPs. Review, upgrade and prepare training materials.
