Its Oil and Gas division, which is engaged in EPC projects, is looking for a SITE SUBCONTRACT MANAGER to join our project in Algeria (Adrar). Requirements: ? High level in FRENCH and ENGLISH is a MUST. ? Senior level professional with extensive international in EPC Construction Management. ? Recognized for excellent perception and ability of handling local Contractors in engineering, construction and maintenance of infrastructures for Petrochemical Plants, Refineries, Storage facilities, Distribution terminals, pressure water injection facilities, Gas. ? Procurement orders involving execution ? Issue, review and approval of invoices related to Subcontractors ? Ability in handling local subcontractors for Petrochemical Plants and Refineries ? Placement, execution and evaluation of subcontractors claims and demands. ? Ability to negotiate contracts and develop long-term relationships. ? Must have availability to mobilise to Site ASAP. About the project TOUATGAZ: The full development plan is based on the construction of a Central Processing Facility (CPF) covering 80Ha that will sweet incoming gas from all the gatherings. Sale gas will be exported via a spur pipeline to a new 48%u201D pipeline (GR5) to route it to Hassi R%u2019Mel. Condensates shall be exported via trucks to the closest potential entry point of the Algerian transport network for oil sales. Total investment on the facilities is expected to be close to 2,000 MM USD. The site is located in Adrar, the South Western part of Algeria, in an exploitation permit area, located at about 1450 km South-West of Algiers.
