The contract for the project of the Enlarge Park in Doha represents 300M€ and foresees the construction of a landscaped park of 7 hectares and underground parking with 2700 places. The grip of the yard is of 73.000 m2. The landscape park is of high invoice with fountains, waterfalls, the effects of light and lighting, marbles, granites, green spaces and a playground for children. - The responsible of this is in charge of implementation of the whole of the body of technical status of the project (MEP), representing approximately 40 M â : • HV currents: 11KV, 415V, lighting, • LV currents: Telecom, Public Address, fire alarm, Security System (CCTV and access control), Building Managment System, Parking Management System, • Mechanical: HVAC, elevators, Fire Protection, Plumbing & Drainage, fountains, - Responsible for the safety, quality, on time and on budget work MEP, it is in regular contact with the customer. - He also works closely with the technical department to the end of the detailed studies and coordination of the execution plans.
