(920) Senior Web / Graphic Designer
Main Duties: Lead design of websites, intranet sites, mobile sites and emails campaigns Design layout and templates for maximum usability and focus on user experience Manage site updates and scheduling Partner with key stakeholders to concept and develop effective, on-brand creative that meets business objectives Manage the design and updates of the social sites; including Facebook, Twitter and Linkedin Manage ongoing updates and optimization of brand style guide to ensure its effectiveness Design graphics to complement text and visually enhance documents. Direct marketing - encompassing brochures, corporate stands, flyers, magazine layouts, business cards - therefore a good understanding of the principles involved in Print Media. Online marketing graphics - must have understanding of Online Marketing and restriction within the design elements. Deliver appropriate creative solutions for all projects including print and digital advertising and marketing plus way - finding and branding projects. Assist in setting brand and style guideline. Maintain design standards by being a brand guardian. Work from direction whilst also generating ideas that complement the overall creative approach. Ensure the smooth running of the production process, with particular responsibility for the accurate setting of copy. Understanding of any relevant legal and regulatory frameworks. Updating social media. Photography skills as advantage. Multi-media and animation skills advantage. Desired Candidate Profile Skills and Abilities: Must be from graphic design background with graphic design degree. 5+ years of experience. Demonstrated skill in web development, maintenance, and graphic design. Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite. Strong project management skills. Acute attention to detail, including pixel-perfect design, elegant typography and error - free production. Efficient and able to multi-task. Operational knowledge of MAC and Windows platform. Experience with HTML, CSS, and print process. Understanding of web standards and best practice. Familiarity with current and emerging technologies, such as mobile / responsive design. Web-based portfolio exhibiting web and print projects.
