A multi-national company is looking for Senior ERP Application Specialist for Kurdistan Region (full time resident) Main purpose of role: - Lead the implementation of ERP in subsidiary companies of group - Provide day to day support to companies who are using dynamics GP - Conduct analysis and design solution for enhancement requirement for group companies - Assist and collaborate with users & team in defining Functional Specifications - Perform all functional task of ERP implementation project life cycle as a functional resource which include following: o Requirement analysis o Requirement documentation o Solution Design o Solution Documentation o System configuration o User training - Designing reports in available tools for ERP application(MR, Smart list builder) - Personalization of the application in compliance with recommended practices for ERP application - Provided support to user for ongoing as well as completed projects Key Accountabilities: 1. Timely completion of implementation projects and other deliverable 2. Administration of ERP application 3. Users/Companies satisfaction regarding day to day support 4. Security & user access management in ERP application 5. Maintenance of application and database servers for ERP application(Only Application related aspects) 6. Maintain data backups and alternate options as backup in case of disaster or shut downs 7. Prepare and maintain alternate production environment in case of failure/disaster 8. Understand business processes and the key drivers 9. Identify and plan improvement in the business processes to enhance productivity and effective MIS management as part of continuous improvement activities 10. Maintain project functional documentation 11. Training & knowledge sharing to the team mates and users in order to enable them benefit maximum from ERP application 12. Maintain quality documents with regard to Requirement Analysis, solution design, and System Configuration Setup. 13. Lead team of Technical/Functional Consultants for development, customization, integration and administration applications
