(996) Administration Assistant

The purpose of this role is to deliver quality administrative and office management support: • Managing schedule/diary and expense statements • Making travel arrangements including : visa requirements, flight bookings, transfer bookings, hotel reservations, office arrangements • Organizing/coordinating meetings and events in/outside Shell offices • Being the finance focal point for the team, managing Purchase Orders and accruals and other SAP activities to support good budget management. • Support the on-call rota provision by coordinating Manager’s personnel and diaries and liaising with the on-call team. • Providing administrative support to the wider team for example support delivery of social investment activities, local community donations, gifts and hospitality register etc.) Desired Candidate Profile A minimum of 3 years of experience in Oil & Gas Industry •Sound administrative/secretarial skills •Exposure to corporate/global environment •Computer literate •Proficient at using office software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and web based system • Ability to work independently, set priorities and manage workload • Display initiative, flexibility, efficiency, tact and diplomacy at all times • Utmost integrity to work with confidential matters • Excellent interpersonal skills both face to face and on the phone • Communicate and establish positive relationships at all levels • Excellent English language skills
