(1089) Recruitment Assistant (32M)
Receives CVs of applicants for various jobs. Prepares a list of job vacancies and passes to various divisions for their manpower needs. Assist direct supervisor in screening selected candidates by various divisions and sends invitation letters for interview to such candidates specifying date, day, time, as coordinated by Recruitment Committee. Administrates and controls English and computer test, submits then to the supervisor for review and correction. Forwards documentation to Security for processing, upon receiving approval. Assist supervisor in finalizing employment formalities such as medical forms, security clearance and employment contracts, ensuring that candidate has fulfilled such formalities. Prepares appointment letters for new appointed employees to confirm joining date. Checks the time sheets of contractor’s employees, as required, ensuring that all required information is filled, and direct supervisor’s endorsement. Coordinates the approvals process and forwards to Finance for payment. Maintains track and follows up on the renewal / expiry of contracts, including preparing necessary termination letters, as directed. Prepares regular reports on activities and status of contracted and temporary employees for senior management review / tracking. Performs other similar or related duties as and when assigned by Manpower Planning and Development Officer. Desired Candidate Profile Diploma in HR, Business or equivalent. 5 years experience in related activities. Excellent PC literacy. Good knowledge of written and spoken English or Arabic.
