 Bachelor’s degree in HR management or business administration or relevant disciplines.  10 years of diversified experience related to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, preferably in the oil/gas or petrochemical industries.  Demonstrate planning, process development, re-engineering and performance measurement skills. Project management skills and work experience on multiple concurrent projects while meeting aggressive deadlines in a fast-paced environment.  Strong communication and consulting skills (both verbal and written) and excellent interpersonal capabilities and skills to manage change and drive results both internally and with external vendors.
