 Bachelor’s degree in HR management or business administration or relevant disciplines.  10 years of diversified experience related to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, preferably in the oil/gas or petrochemical industries.  Demonstrate planning, process development, re-engineering and performance measurement skills. Project management skills and work experience on multiple concurrent projects while meeting aggressive deadlines in a fast-paced environment.  Strong communication and consulting skills (both verbal and written) and excellent interpersonal capabilities and skills to manage change and drive results both internally and with external vendors. Good report writing skills. Fluency in English. Good facilitation and negotiation skills. Strong customer and team orientation with mentoring and coaching skills.
